How to print a 3D track
Option 1: If you do not have access to a 3D printer
If you don’t have a 3D printer and cannot access a public 3D printer, we suggest you use a 3D printing service such as 3dhubs. Any hub should be able to help you (specify that you would prefer PLA plastic, 15% infill, 0.2mm layer height, and the size of the track). If you can’t find a local hub, or prefer to deal with a hub familiar with this project (who already knows all the parameters required), feel free to contact Isabel's hub.
Option 2: if you have a 3D printer
If you have a 3D printer or access to a 3d printer, you can print any animal track easily. We recommend PLA plastic, 15% infill, 0.2mm layer height. Make sure you scale the print to the right length (in the database, the length is specified). If you need more guidance, watch our video tutorial (coming soon).
